The University's disclosures and legal compliance for 2014.

Statement of compliance
For the financial year ended 31 December 2014, the Annual Report has been prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Financial Management Act 2006 and is made in accordance with a resolution of the University's Senate.
Auditor General's report to Parliament
An independent report on the financial statements; controls; and key performance indicators; and matters relating to the electronic publication of the audited financial statements and key performance indicators.
Certification of financial statements
The University's accompanying financial statements have been prepared in compliance with the provisions of the Financial Management Act 2006 from proper accounts and records to present fairly the financial transactions for the financial year ending and financial position as at 31 December 2014.

During 2014, in line with the University’s Capital Asset Management Plan, the University spent $20.81 million on major capital projects.
